Rev. Chester Brock is the deaf pastor-teacher of Sacramento Bible Church for the Deaf in Carmichael, California. He is married to Ruby, and they have four grown children and enjoy their eleven grandchildren. Their dogs (Bluffy and Baby Chet).

The mission of Sacramento Bible Church is to glorify God and extend His kingdom by living and proclaiming His truth in the world.

 Further, we affirm that we are independent (non-denominational), Scripture Alone, Christ Alone, Grace Alone, Faith Alone, and The Glory of God Alone.
